Diabetic emergencies
Diabetic emergencies mandate a call to the office at: 630-416-4501. If the office line is busy, use voice mail.

If no voice mail response occurs within a reasonable period of time, please page the doctor on call, 630-901-1911. You will receive a telephone response back as soon as possible. This page will be treated as an emergency. With all diabetic phone calls, please have the patient's log-book in hand.
